4 Prompts for “Quickie” Journaling

There are days when you simply can’t deal with even just 15 minutes of journaling. When I get into this slump, I turn to what I call “quick bursts” of journaling sprints.

These prompts only require 5 minutes of your time.

  1. 3 things you’re grateful for today
  2. If you could be an expert on something, what would it be?
  3. What advice would you give to yourself today?

Pick any one of these prompts. Each one won’t take more than a few minutes to complete. And if the mood strikes, keep going.
